Balloon Splash is a new, safe way to have some fun with water. The victim (participant) sits under a suspended 11″ water balloon while someone else throws sponge balls at a target. When the target gets hit so does the victim… with water! This is a great, safe alternative to a dunk tank. The kids will be lining up for their turn sitting under the balloon.
